01 Summary
- SweetVibe is an iOS app that turns a travel photo into an AI-assisted postcard.
- SweetVibe does not operate its own server or provide cloud storage or cross-device recovery. Core app records and image files are stored locally on your device.
- SweetVibe automatically creates one local profile on this device. No account or sign-in is required.
- When you choose to generate a postcard, required content is sent directly from the App to SiliconFlow for AI processing.
- The current version does not include advertising, behavioral tracking, analytics, or crash-reporting services.
- We do not sell personal information or share it with data brokers.
02 Information We Process
Information you provide or select
Depending on how you use SweetVibe, the App processes:
- A photo you select with the system photo picker or take with the camera.
- A travel location, a date, and an optional memory that you enter or confirm.
- A selected artwork style and any caption edits you make.
- A nickname and an optional profile photo.
Information derived from a selected photo
SweetVibe may read a photo’s capture date and textual location labels, such as a city or country name, to suggest postcard details. The App does not request access to your device’s current precise location and does not use GPS coordinates from the photo as a location suggestion.
Before a selected or captured photo is saved by the App or sent for AI processing, SweetVibe creates a normalized JPEG and removes embedded EXIF, GPS, device, IPTC, comments, and similar image metadata. The visual contents of the photo remain in the normalized image.
Information generated or saved by the App
- A normalized copy of your source photo.
- AI-generated artwork and captions.
- Composed postcard images and gallery thumbnails.
- Draft and saved-postcard details, including location, date, memory, caption, style, display settings, generation seed, and creation or update times.
- A local profile containing your nickname and optional avatar, associated with a fixed app-local owner identifier.
- Local settings, including whether you accepted the current AI data disclosure.
Information not intentionally collected for current features
In the current version, SweetVibe does not intentionally collect contacts, your device’s current precise location, microphone audio, health or fitness data, payment card information, advertising identifiers, or tracking data.
03 How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Import, prepare, edit, save, display, export, and share travel postcards at your direction.
- Send a normalized photo and style instructions to SiliconFlow to create artwork.
- Send the travel location and optional memory to SiliconFlow to create a caption.
- Suggest a date or textual location from a selected photo when available.
- Maintain your local profile, drafts, saved postcards, and preferences on the device.
- Diagnose request failures locally and determine whether a network connection is available.
04 Where Data Is Stored
- SweetVibe stores structured app data in an on-device Drift/SQLite database.
- Photos, avatars, draft images, generated artwork, postcard images, and thumbnails are stored in the App’s local application-support or temporary directories.
- A fixed, non-account owner identifier associates the local profile, drafts, postcards, and preferences in the App’s database and file structure.
- SweetVibe does not upload your profile, drafts, or gallery to a SweetVibe server and does not provide cloud backup or cross-device recovery.
- Your operating system or device backup settings may separately back up app data. SweetVibe does not control those backups.
05 Third-Party Processing
SiliconFlow
SweetVibe uses SiliconFlow’s AI APIs to generate postcard artwork and captions. Depending on the requested output, data sent to SiliconFlow may include:
- The pixels of the normalized source photo, encoded as part of an image-generation request.
- The selected style and fixed generation instructions.
- The travel location and optional memory used for caption generation.
- Technical request information ordinarily involved in an internet connection, such as an IP address and request metadata.
SweetVibe does not include your local owner identifier, nickname, profile photo, or local file paths in its SiliconFlow AI prompts. Generated artwork is returned through a temporary remote URL, downloaded to the device, and stored in the App’s local files. SiliconFlow handles submitted content and related technical data under its own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
SiliconFlow's published API policy describes transient input/output processing without model training, and separately records IP addresses, model names, token usage, request times, status codes, and security events. Generated images use temporary provider URLs. Exact log and image-storage retention is governed by its current policy and agreement.
Support and result reports
Contact Support and Report a Result open your email application with a prefilled subject. No photo, location, memory, or postcard details are attached automatically. You choose what to include and whether to send. Information you send is used to respond to your request and is also processed by the email providers involved.
User-directed exports and sharing
When you choose Save to Photos, SweetVibe sends the finished postcard to your system photo library. Your photo library may sync through services you have enabled, such as iCloud Photos.
When you choose Share, SweetVibe presents the system share sheet with the finished postcard and optional share text. The app or service you select may receive that content and process it under its own privacy policy. SweetVibe does not control the selected destination.
06 Permissions and Device Access
The current iOS configuration does not request microphone, contacts, current precise location, or app-tracking permission.
08 Data Retention and Your Controls
- Local data remains on your device until you delete it, replace a draft, uninstall the App, or the operating system removes it, subject to device backup and restore behavior.
- You can delete an individual saved postcard from the gallery.
- Clear Local Data deletes your drafts and saved postcards from the device while retaining your local nickname, profile photo, and preferences.
- Reset SweetVibe deletes your local nickname, profile photo, drafts, saved postcards, preferences, and owner files. The App then creates a clean local profile with the default nickname Traveler.
- You can edit your nickname, change or remove your profile photo, edit postcard details, and decline the AI disclosure before any AI request is made.
- In Settings → AI & Privacy → Reset AI Consent, you can withdraw your saved AI consent. SweetVibe will ask again before generating another image or caption. This does not recall information already sent to SiliconFlow.
- Saving a postcard to Photos or sharing it creates a copy outside SweetVibe. Deleting data inside SweetVibe does not delete copies held by Photos, a share destination, device backups or SiliconFlow.
- SiliconFlow retains and deletes information according to its own policies and user controls. SweetVibe cannot directly delete information held by SiliconFlow.
09 Security
SweetVibe uses HTTPS for SiliconFlow requests and app-specific local storage for its database and image files. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
10 International Data Transfers
If you use online features, relevant data may be processed by SiliconFlow or infrastructure providers in countries or regions outside your own. Their processing and transfer practices are governed by their respective privacy policies and applicable law.
11 Children’s Privacy
SweetVibe is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law to independently consent to data processing in their jurisdiction. Do not upload personal information about minors to the AI service, including photos that identify children.
12 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App or its data practices. If we do, we will update the Last Updated date and publish the revised version with the App or on its distribution page.
