01 About these terms
These terms explain how you may use SweetVibe, an iPhone app for creating travel postcards. The application provider is the developer identified on the SweetVibe App Store product page.
The app license is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. These service terms describe SweetVibe’s features and acceptable use. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
02 Using SweetVibe
You can choose or take a photo, add travel details, select a style, edit a postcard, and save or share it. No account is required. The current version has no subscriptions, purchases, advertising, or cloud gallery.
AI creation requires an internet connection and a supported third-party service. Keep the app open while creating. Availability, processing times, styles, and results may change; uninterrupted or error-free service is not guaranteed.
03 Your photos and generated content
Only submit photos and text you own or have permission to use and process, including appropriate permission from people pictured. You retain any rights you already hold in your inputs. Choosing AI creation permits the processing needed to fulfill that request, as described in our Privacy Policy.
AI output may be inaccurate, distorted, similar to someone else’s work, or unsuitable for your purpose. We do not promise exclusivity, copyright protection, or clearance of third-party rights. Review every result before saving, sharing, or using it commercially. Identify AI-generated work when sharing, as required by applicable law and the receiving platform.
04 Responsible use
- Do not create illegal, abusive, exploitative, threatening, hateful, or deceptive content.
- Do not upload personal information about children, exploit minors, or create non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Do not infringe another person’s copyright, privacy, identity, or other rights.
- Do not impersonate people deceptively, attempt to extract service credentials, or interfere with the app or its providers.
If a result concerns you, use Report a Result in the result editor or a saved postcard, or contact support. The report opens an email draft; nothing is sent automatically. You can edit, discard, or delete a result.
05 AI processing and consent
SweetVibe uses SiliconFlow to generate artwork and captions. Before the first request, the app explains what will be sent and asks for your consent. The normalized photo and style instructions are used for artwork; the entered travel location and optional memory are used for captions.
Photo metadata is removed before upload. SiliconFlow also receives ordinary connection and request information. Its processing and retention practices are described in its Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
You may reset AI consent in Me → Settings → AI & Privacy. The app asks again before another image or caption request. Resetting consent does not recall data already sent to SiliconFlow.
06 Local storage and deletion
Your profile, drafts, and gallery are saved on this iPhone. SweetVibe does not provide cloud backup or cross-device recovery. Deleting the app removes its local data, which SweetVibe cannot restore. Operating-system backups and photo-library sync are controlled separately by your device settings.
Keep a copy using Save to Photos or Share. Delete an individual postcard from its detail page. In Settings, Clear Local Data deletes drafts and postcards while retaining your profile; Reset SweetVibe deletes the profile, drafts, postcards, and preferences.
Local deletion does not remove copies you exported, sent to other apps, or previously submitted to SiliconFlow.
07 Changes and responsibility
You can stop using SweetVibe at any time. Future versions may change features or service availability. Updated terms will show their date on this page; material changes to AI processing may also require renewed in-app consent.
Use your own judgment when relying on generated work and keep copies of important postcards. SweetVibe does not guarantee that AI output is accurate or suitable for a particular purpose. Applicable warranties and liability terms are provided in Apple’s Standard EULA, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
