01 Create your first postcard

  1. Open Create and choose a photo, or take one with the camera.
  2. Confirm your photo, enter the travel location, and optionally add a date or memory.
  3. Choose a style, review the AI disclosure, and continue when you are ready.
  4. Keep SweetVibe open during creation. Edit the result and save it to Gallery, Photos, or another app using Share.

No account is required. AI creation needs internet access; your saved gallery is available offline.

02 Creation stopped or failed

Your photo and details stay in your draft. Check your connection and choose Retry when you are ready. If only the caption fails, edit it yourself or retry the caption separately.

If artwork was created but could not download, Retry first tries the available download again. If that download has expired, the app tells you that another try will create new artwork. Closing the app can end an in-progress request; keep it open during creation.

If the service cannot process your content, choose another photo or description. Repeated service errors can be reported by email without sending your photo.

03 Camera and Photos permissions

Choose a Photo opens the system picker and does not require broad access to your photo library. Take a Photo requests camera access. Save to Photos requests permission to add the finished postcard.

If you denied access, open iPhone Settings, find SweetVibe, and review the relevant permission. Return to the app and try the action again. You can still choose a photo when camera access is unavailable.

Use a clear JPEG, PNG, or HEIC photo. Very small or unreadable images cannot be processed. If a local photo is missing, choose it again; a damaged saved record can still be deleted.

04 Save, export, and recover

Save to Gallery stores the postcard inside SweetVibe on this iPhone. Save to Photos creates a copy in your photo library. Share opens the system share sheet.

SweetVibe has no cloud backup or cross-device recovery. Deleting the app removes its local data; we cannot restore those postcards. Keep important copies in Photos or another destination you choose. Your operating-system backup and iCloud Photos settings operate separately.

If storage is full, free space in iPhone Settings and retry. Export important work before deleting it from the app.

05 Delete data or reset AI consent

  • Delete one saved postcard from its detail page.
  • Me → Settings → Clear Local Data removes drafts and postcards while retaining your profile.
  • Me → Settings → Reset SweetVibe also removes your profile and preferences.
  • Me → Settings → AI & Privacy → Reset AI Consent asks for consent again before another image or caption request.

Deleting local data or resetting consent does not recall earlier SiliconFlow requests or delete exported copies. See the Privacy Policy for details.

06 Report a result or contact us

Use Report a Result in the result editor or saved postcard, or email [email protected]. For privacy requests, use the same address and describe what help you need.

Tell us which step failed, the app version shown in Settings, and your iPhone/iOS version if relevant. No photos, memories, locations, or postcard data are attached automatically. You decide what to include and whether to send.

If the email button does not open an email app, copy [email protected] into your preferred mail service. You can discard a new result or delete a saved postcard while asking for help.
